What is happening?

THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (WHITTINGTON STREET)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING, WAITING, LOADING & UNLOADING) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), have made an Order the effect of which is:
1. To prohibit the driving, parking, waiting, loading & unloading of vehicles in:
- Whittington Street - from the junction of De La Hay Avenue to the junction of Alma Road
The prohibition of driving, parking, waiting, loading & unloading will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 7th October 2024 and shall continue in force for a maximum of 18 months
It is anticipated that the gas mains works will commence on the 7th October 2024 until 22nd November 2024 24hrs
