PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (CHURCHSTOW WALK/THURLESTONE WALK (FOOTPATH))
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2024

NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), intend to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit the movement of pedestrians in:

1. To prohibit the movement of Pedestrians in:

- Churchstow Walk - between Sheepstor Road and Bampton Road
- Thurlestone Walk - between Sheepstor Road and Bampton Road

The prohibition of pedestrians will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 14th October 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum of 6 months

It is anticipated that the phased gas main works will commence on the 14th October 2024 until 10th January 2025 24hrs
