Camphill Road (C130) West Byfleet
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
On 18 September 2024 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Camphill Road (C130) West Byfleet that is crossed under the bridge known as “Scotland Bridge Road” (Between Byfleet, Newhaw, and West Byfleet), (2/82 BMLJ) and for a distance of 15 metres either side. Alternative Route: Camphill Road, Scotland Bridge Road, (B385) Woodham Lane, (A245) Sheerwater Road, (A245) Old Woking Road, and Camphill Road, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to carry out detailed bridge inspection works for, or on behalf of Network Rail. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 1 night, between the hours of 10pm and 6am, during the 18-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 05 October 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians, dismounted cyclists, and dismounted equestrians. No sole access will be affected by this closure.
Kings Avenue (D3760) Byfleet
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
On 18 September 2024 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of Kings Avenue (D3760) Byfleet. This Order is required to facilitate water utility works for, or on behalf of Affinity Water. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 3 days, between the hours of 8am and 4pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 30 September 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, via road plates if required, as will access for pedestrians and cyclists. There is no alternative route for this closure.
Barrack Path (D3608) Woking
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of Barrack Path (D3608) Woking. This Order is required to facilitate installation of new water connection works for, or on behalf of Affinity Water. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 3 days, between the hours of 8am and 6pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 15 October 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, via trench link, if required, as will access for pedestrians and cyclists. There is no alternative route for this closure.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.4) 2024
Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the lengths of roads specified in the Schedule to this Notice. This Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to facilitate surface dressing works, pre-patching works and/or major maintenance works which is anticipated to be completed as soon as possible within the 18 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 4 October 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. In the event that it is necessary to restrict any access at any time under Section 3 of the Act, the road can only be closed for a maximum of 8 hours in any 24-hour period. Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to a suitable location outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner. Access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access for emergency service vehicles to these properties, will be maintained when safe to do so and if necessary via the signed diversion route.

- that length of D3677 Woodlands Avenue and D3679 Birchwood Road, West Byfleet which extends from the junction with Station Road to the junction with Sheerwater Road. Alternative Route – D3679 Station Road, C130 Scotland Bridge Road, B385 Woodham Lane and A245 Sheerwater Road;
- that length of D3681 Hook Hill Lane, Mayford which extends from its junction with Mount Road, south-eastwards to the north-western side of Hook Hill Lane Railway Bridge (D3681/569). Alternative Route – D3680 Hook Heath Road, D3680 Saunders Lane and B380 Smarts Heath Road;
- the entire length of D3699 Westfield Avenue, Westfield. Alternative Route – A247 Kingfield Road, B380 Vicarage Road and B380 Westfield Road;
- that length of A320 Guildford Road, Woking which extends from its junction with Prey Heath Road to its junction with Whitmoor Lane. Alternative Route – B380 Smarts heath Road, B380 Berry Lane, A322 Bagshot Road, A322 Rickford, A322 Worplesdon Road, A322 Aldershot Road, Dennis Roundabout, A25 Midleton Road, A25 Woodbridge Road, A25 Ladymead and A320 Woking Road;
- the entire lengths of D3728 Beaufort Road and D7301 Oak Lane, Mayford. Alternative Route – D3731 College Road, C144 Maybury Hill and D3725 Princess Road.
