Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications:
Development within a designated conservation area.
Essex Stays 49 Maldon Road Great Baddow Chelmsford Essex CM2 7DN Proposed gazebo and shed to rear garden. Installation of trellis panels Ref No. 24/00331/FUL
Development which affects a listed building.
Broadmore Madls Lane Stock Ingatestone Essex CM4 9QA To erect a post and rail fence around the perimeter of the property and to fence off the public footpath that bisects the land. Ref No. 24/01247/FUL & 24/01248/LBC
Development which affect a listed building in a conservation area.
The Bay Horse 189 Moulsham Street Chelmsford CM2 0LG Construction of a one and a half storey unit to the side of the existing building comprising of commercial space (A1 Use Class) on the ground floor and one 2-bedroom apartment to the first floor. Internal alterations to the first floor of The Bay Horse constructing two 1 bedroom apartments within the existing structure and the construction of a first floor extension to form one 1 bedroom apartment. Comments can be submitted on the website or by writing to the Council at P.O. Box 7544, Chelmsford, CM1 1JE, quoting the appropriate reference number, by 11 October 2024.
Please note that comments submitted will be available for the public to read, and if an appeal is lodged will be passed to the Secretary of State. Please see our website for further information.
