Mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn dan Adrannau 1 a 2 a Rhan IV Atodlen 9, Deddf Rheoli Traffnidiaeth Ffyrdd 1984, a’i effaith fydd cyfyngu cyfyngiadau ar y darnau o ffordd fel y nodir yn yr Atodlenni isod.
Gellir archwilio copi o’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig, ynghyd â mapiau sy’n dangos y darnau ffordd y mae’r Gorchymyn yn berthnasol iddynt, a datganiad o resymau’r Cyngor dros wneud y Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn Swyddfeydd y Cyngor Coed Pella Bae Colwyn, Llyfrgell Conwy ac ar wefan y Cyngor.

(Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Order 2024
The Conwy County Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1 and 2 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will place restrictions on the lengths of road as set out in the Schedules below.
A copy of the proposed Order together with a map showing the lengths of road to which the Order relates and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined at the Council Offices Coed Pella Colwyn Bay, Conwy Library and on the Council website.
Objections to the proposed Order, together with the grounds on which they are made should be sent in writing to the Traffic Section, Environment Roads and Facilities, PO Box 1 Conwy LL30 9GN or to traffic@conwy.gov.uk by 18 October 2024.
