CYFYNGIAD CYFLYMDER DROS DRO O 10 MYA A DIM GODDIWEDDYD DEDDF RHEOLEIDDIOL TRAFFIG FFYRDD 1984 - ADRAN 14(1)

Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, heb fod yn gynharach na 7 niwrnod o 18 Medi 2024 a fydd yn:-

  1. Gosod terfyn cyflymder o 10 mya dros dro ar hyd yr A525 Four Crosses i’r Ffin Sirol, Llandegla, gan ymestyn tua’r dwyrain o bwynt sydd 280 metr i’r dwyrain o’i chyffordd â’r ffordd a elwir ‘cyffordd A525 Capel i Glascod’ am bellter o tua 1.7 cilometr.

Bydd y terfyn 10 mya mewn grym pan fo gwaith hebryng yn mynd rhagddo ar unrhyw ddiwrnod.

  • Gwahardd pob cerbyd rhag goddiweddyd ar y rhan honno o’r ffordd.
  • Mae angen cyflwyno’r cyfyngiad er mwyn diogel gweithlu Uned Waith Cyngor Sir Ddinbych wrth iddynt osod wyneb newydd ar y ffordd.

    Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 7 Hydref 2024 am ddeunaw mis, neu hyd at y dyddiad y cwblheir y gwaith ynghynt. Disgwylir i’r gwaith barhau tan tua 25 Hydref 2024.

    NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER

    DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

    A525 FOUR CROSSES NEAR LLANDEGLA

    NOTICE OF TEMPORARY 10 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION AND NO OVERTAKING ORDER

    ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

    Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 18th September 2024 to make an Order which is to:-

    1. Impose temporarily a 10 mph speed limit along A525 Four Crosses to County Boundary, Llandegla, extending eastwards from a point 280 metres east of its junction with the road known as ‘Chapel to Glascoed junction A525’ for a distance of approximately 1.7 kilometres.

    The 10 mph limit will apply when convoy work is in force on any given day.

  • Prohibit all vehicles from overtaking in the said length of road.
  • The reason for the restriction is to facilitate the safety of workers during resurfacing works by Denbighshire County Council – Works Unit.

    The Order commences on 7th October 2024 for eighteen months or the earlier completion of the works. The works are expected to last approximately until 25th October 2024.
