What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14

THE COUNTY OF DEVON

(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION)

(HAREPATH HILL, SEATON) ORDER 2024

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order

From 21/10/24 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 2/11/24. Between the hours of 07:00 & 19:00.

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads. Roads affected: Harepath Hill, Seaton

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - A3052, A375, onto A30 bypass & back onto A35 - then onto A358 to the A3052.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: Highway Resurfacing.

(HIGH STREET, HONITON) (NO. 3)

ORDER 2024

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.

From 23/9/24 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 4/10/24. Between the hours of 07:00 & 18:00.

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to park or wait on the sections of Affected Roads. Roads affected: High Street, Honiton, the works are to be done on the carriageway & footway working on the puffin crossing. this is to be done on the High Street (near Church Street) Honiton on the puffin crossing.

THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE ROUTE.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: replacing the puffin crossing & closing two parking spots.
