Temporary Closure of Broadway

Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Broadway - from the junction with Church Lane, westwards for a total distance of 275 metres. This Order will enable PM Groundworks to install rising main.

The Order becomes effective on 1st October 2024 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 7th October 2024 and last until 25th October 2024 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 19 days.
