(Arbour Lane, Chelmsford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Arbour Lane, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Springfield Road for a distance of approximately 80m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th October 2024 for 40 nights (19:00 - 05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2335604A – Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. 
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while renewal of traffic signals works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Arbour Lane, Church Lane, Springfield Green, Springfield Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 26th September 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Downham Road, Ramsden Heath) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Downham Road, Ramsden Heath in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 15m north east of its junction with Oak Road for a distance of approximately 35m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th October 2024 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SA002WD5MVF6W – Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. 
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Downham Road, School Road, Sudbury Road, Brock Hill, Church End Lane, Runwell Road, Runwell Road Roundabout, Golden Jubilee Way, London Road Roundabout, London Road, Church Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 26th September 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Elm Road, South Woodham Ferrers) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Elm Road, South Woodham Ferrers in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with The Chase for a distance of approximately 35m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th October 2024 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30093897947 – UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new underground service works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

The Order will come into effect on 26th September 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hammond Road, Little Baddow & Church Road, Boreham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hammond Road, Little Baddow & Church Road, Boreham in the City of Chelmsford, from the junction with Church Road for a distance of approximately 630m in a north easterly then north westerly direction. 
The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th October 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2363624 & EP201EH2370999 – Essex County Council). 
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Church Road, Plantation Road, Main Road, Damases Lane, Mowden Hall Lane, Worlds End, North Hill, Holybread Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 26th September 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hawk Hill, Rettendon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hawk Hill, Rettendon in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with A130 New Bypass Roundabout for a distance of approximately 525m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th October 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2366856 – Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway reconstruction works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Hawk Hill, Chelmsford Road, Battlesbridge Bypass, A130 New Bypass Roundabout and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 26th September 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Old Shaws Lane, Great Waltham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Old Shaws Lane, Great Waltham in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 80m south east of its junction with Littley Green Road for a distance of approximately 60m in a north easterly direction. 
The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th October 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WFNR0M3SPTSB – Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. 
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.

(Ship Road, West Hanningfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ship Road, West Hanningfield in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Stock Road to its junction with Blind Lane a distance of approximately 2100m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th October 2024 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2370561 – Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

The Order will come into effect on 26th September 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Tofts Chase, Little Baddow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tofts Chase, Little Baddow in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 35m north east of its junction with North Hill for a distance of approximately 180m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th October 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2363623 – Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. 
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

The Order will come into effect on 26th September 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Baddow Road, Great Baddow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Baddow Road, Great Baddow in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 70m south east of its junction with Army And Navy Roundabout for a distance of approximately 25m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th October 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SA001WF0KF28Y – Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.

The Order came into effect on 12th September 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Lower Stock Road, West Hanningfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lower Stock Road, West Hanningfield in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 550m north east of its junction with Downham Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th October 2024 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SA001WFLT9D4G – Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while poling works are undertaken by Openreach.

(The Street, Galleywood) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Street, Galleywood in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 20m north of its junction with Watchouse Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th October 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2366344 – Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pothole repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
