What is happening?

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS WALL HILL ROAD, COVENTRY

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Wall Hill Road commencing from its junction with Watery Lane to its junction with Stonehouse Lane.

The Order would come into effect at 09.30 hours on Monday 30th September 2024 and is required to enable a new gas supply to be installed on the said road.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 15.30 hours on Thursday 3rd October 2024.

The specific closure times would apply as the signage indicates on site.

Diversion(s) for vehicular traffic would be as signed on site.

Exemptions would be provided for:

(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;

(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;

(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(d) local vehicular access to Wall Hill Road

SCHEDULE

• Wall Hill Road commencing from its junction with Watery Lane to its junction with Stonehouse Lane.

Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS LYNBROOK ROAD, COVENTRY

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering, proceeding along Lynbrook Road for its entire length The Order will come into effect from 08:00 hours on Friday 27th September 2024 and is required for facilitate water connection renewal works on the highway to take place safely.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by 18:00 hours on Tuesday 2nd October 2024

The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.

Exemptions will be provided for:

(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;

(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;

(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works

(d) local vehicular access to Lynbrook Road

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS RISBOROUGH CLOSE, COVENTRY

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering, proceeding along Risborough Close between its junction with Sherrington Avenue and its junction with Buckingham Rise

The Order will come into effect from 08:00 hours on Monday 30th September 2024 and is required for facilitate water pipe renewal works on the highway to take place safely.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by 18:00 hours on Wednesday 2nd October 2024

The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.

Exemptions will be provided for:

(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;

(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;

(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works

(d) local vehicular access to Risborough Close

Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS GARTH CRESCENT, COVENTRY

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Garth Crescent commencing from its junction with Langbank Avenue and continuing to its junction with March Way.

The Order will come into effect on 00:01 hours on Monday 30th September 2024 and is required to allow Severn Trent Water to renew a boundary box on the said road.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by Wednesday 2nd October 2024.

The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.

Diversion(s) for vehicular traffic will be as signed on site.

Exemptions will be provided for:

(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;

(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;

(d) local vehicular access to Garth Crescent.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS STONELEIGH AVENUE, COVENTRY

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Stoneleigh Avenue from its junction with Westleigh Avenue and Southleigh Avenue.

The Order will come into effect on 00:01 hours on Monday 23rd September 2024 and is required to allow Severn Trent Water to repair and reinstate damaged carriageway on the said road.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by Monday 23rd September 2024.

The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.

Diversion(s) for vehicular traffic will be as signed on site.

Exemptions will be provided for:

(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering, proceeding along Hollyfast Road from its junction with Coundon Road

The Order would come into effect from 09:00 hours on Saturday 28th September 2024 and is required to facilitate chamber works on the highway to take place safely.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 15:00 hours on Sunday 29th September 2024.

The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.

Exemptions would be provided for:

(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;

(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;

(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works

(d) local vehicular access to Hollyfast Road

Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS FOOTPATHS SPON END, COVENTRY

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of which would be to prohibit pedestrians from entering and proceeding along Footpath Windsor Street for the extents specified in the Schedule below.

The Order would come into effect from Monday 30th September 2024 and is required for the demolition of Milestone House, Kerry House and Trafalgar House works to be undertaken safely. The maximum duration of the Order is 6 months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier.

It is envisaged that the works would be completed by Wednesday 26th March 2025

Exemptions would be provided for (a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform; (b) any persons in connection with the execution of the said works; (c) local pedestrian access

The Order would come into effect from 30th September 2024 and is required to allow Severn Trent Water to renew water connections to take place safely.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 16th October 2024

Exemptions would be provided for:

(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;

(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;

(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(d) local vehicular access to the closed section Ingram Road.

Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
