Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (B4184 Middlehouse Lane, Redditch) (Temporary Closure)
Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of B4184 Middlehouse Lane from its junction with A441 Riverside Roundabout to its junction with U31200 Birmingham Road.
Reason: Carriageway Reconstruction by R.O Donaghey.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Diversion: A441 Riverside Roundabout, A441 Alvechurch Highway, A441 Roundabout Over Coventry, A4023 Coventry Highway, B4160 Redditch Highway, U31200 Prospect Hill, U31200 Birmingham Road. HGV Diversion: B4184 Windsor Road, B4184 Hewell Road, B4184 Brockhill Drive, B4184 Birchfield Road, A448 Bromsgrove Highway, A441 Alverchuch Highway, A441 Riverside Roundabout.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 20 days (24hrs) between 23 September 2024 and 18 October 2024.
(U23410 Gorsey Lane/U23414 Meadow Road, Wythall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of: Closure 1: U23410 Gorsey Lane from its junction with C2180 Alcester Road to its junction with C2041 Station Road. Closure 2: U23414 Meadow Road from its junction with U23410 Gorsey Lane to its junction with U23415 Ann Road.
Reason: Replacement gas main by Cadent Gas.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Closure 1 Diversion: U23410 Gorsey Lane - C2041 Station Road, A435 Alcester Road, C2180 Alcester Road and vice versa. Closure 2 Diversion: U23414 Meadow Road - U23415 Ann Road, U23414 Meadow Road (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 35 days (24hrs). Commencing: 20 September 2024.
(Link Footpath F30216 Woodcote Close, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of Link Footpath F30216 Woodcote Close (via underpass) from its junction with U32432 Winyates Centre to its junction with Link Footpath F30218 Woolhope Close (side electric Sub Station).
Reason: New development works by Green Square Accord.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Link Footpath F30218 Woolhope Close (side electric Sub Station), Link Footpath F30212 Treville Close (rear nos. 46-39), Link Footpath F30212 Woolhope Close (fronting nos. 56), U32432 Winyates Centre and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 182 days (24hrs). Commencing: 23 September 2024.
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)
(A435 Alcester Road, Wythall) (Temporary 30 Mph Speed Limit) Order) 2024
Order made: To impose a temporary 30 mph speed limit on that part of A435 Alcester Road from its junction with A435 Becketts Roundabout to its junction with A435 Portway Island in a Northbound and Southbound direction.
Reason: New/Replacement Gas Main by D&G Utilities Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days (24hrs). Commencing: 23 September 2024.
