Lytham St Annes Way - Temporary Prohitibion of driving order

NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(B5410 LYTHAM ST ANNES WAY, LYTHAM ST ANNES, FYLDE
BOROUGH) (PROHIBITION OF STOPPING) ORDER 202*
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of stopping in the following lengths of road:
a) B5410 Lytham St Annes Way, Lytham St Annes, from its junction with Whitehill Roundabout for a
distance of 2179 metres in a southerly direction;
b) B5410 Lytham St Annes Way, Lytham St Annes, from a point 35 metres south of its junction with Sluice
Lane Roundabout for a distance of 593 metres in as southerly direction.
A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected
during normal office hours at the offices of Fylde Borough Council, Town Hall, Lytham St Annes, FY8
1LW and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County
Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website

orders/permanent.aspx. Any representations or objections (specifying the grounds on which they are
made) relating to the proposal must be made in writing and should be sent to The Director of Law and

tro-consultation@lancashire.gov.uk quoting ref:LSG4\894.19621\AFR before the 17 October 2024.
