NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(LYTHAM ST ANNES WAY, LYTHAM ST ANNES, FYLDE BOROUGH)
(40MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Speed Limit Order under Sections 84 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to introduce a 40mph speed limit on Lytham St Annes Way, Lytham St Annes, from its junction with Whitehill Roundabout in a southerly direction for a distance of 2834 metres.
A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Fylde Borough Council, Town Hall, Lytham St Annes, FY8 1LW and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
