TO PROHIBIT WAITING AT ANY TIME BY VEHICLES (EXCEPT THOSE DELIVERING OR COLLECTING GOODS OR LOADING AND UNLOADING) ON THE FOLLOWING LENGTHS OF ROAD:
Bakewell Road
North-east side
From its junction with Morledge in a north-westerly direction, for a distance of 34.5 metres.
East side
From its junction with Morledge in a southerly direction, for a distance of 7 metres.
From a point 46 metres south of its junction with Morledge in a southerly direction, for a distance of 21.5 metres.
Chesterfield Road
North side
From its junction with Park Lane in an easterly direction, for a distance of 19.5 metres.
From its junction with Park Lane in a westerly direction, for a distance of 28 metres.
South-east side
From its junction with Oddford Lane in a north-easterly direction, for a distance of 44 metres.

Exemptions will be made for vehicles used in connection with any building operation or demolition; removal of any obstruction to traffic; carrying out of statutory powers or as part of a funeral or wedding cortege. The usual exemptions for disabled persons’ vehicles displaying a valid disabled person’s badge will also apply
TO RESTRICT STOPPING BY VEHICLES ON SCHOOL KEEP CLEAR MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 8AM TO 10AM AND 2:30PM TO 4:30PM ON THE FOLLOWING LENGTHS OF ROAD:
Church Road
South-west side
From a point 10 metres south-east of the gates to Abbey House and Farm in a south-easterly direction, for a distance of 51.5 metres.
Greenaway Lane
North-west side
From a point 53 metres south-west of its junction with Old School Close in a south-westerly direction, for a distance of 51.5 metres.
The following restriction is proposed under Regulations issued by the Secretary of State and contained within The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016 (as amended).
TO PROHIBIT STOPPING BY VEHICLES ON BUS STOP CLEARWAY AT ANY TIME ON THE FOLLOWING LENGTHS OF ROAD:
Bakewell Road
East side
From a point 7 metres south of its junction with Morledge in a southerly direction, for a distance of 39 metres.
West side
The bus stop opposite No. 138 Bakewell Road in a southerly direction, for a distance of 39 metres.A copy of the Order and documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection at the County Council’s principal offices known as County Hall on Smedley Street in Matlock, at Wirksworth Library, Town Hall, Wirksworth, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 4EU during opening hours and on request by emailing place.permanentTRO@derbyshire.gov.uk until 6 weeks after the Order is made.
All objections and other representations to the proposal must (a) be made in writing (b) state the grounds on which they are made (c) provide a name and address for contact purposes (d) be sent to the Highways Director – Place, Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock DE4 3AG (For Attention of Traffic and Safety Team quoting reference Z3212) or email place.permanentTRO@derbyshire.gov.uk by Friday 11th October 2024.
