(ROAD TO UPPER HARLESTONE, HARLESTONE)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Road to Upper Harlestone, Harlestone as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Road to Upper Harlestone, Harlestone from The Pheasantry to The Green.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during pipe repairs.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 9th October 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for 3 days.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: use Duston Road, Port Road, Quarry Road and A428.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Castle Ashby Road, Whiston as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Castle Ashby Road, Whiston from the junction of Denton Road to KF18.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 8th October 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for 3 days.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Shutlanger Road, Shutlanger as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Shutlanger Road, Shutlanger from the junction of Showsley Road to Tove Vally Cottages.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during water main works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 7th October 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted until 21/02/2025.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of West Haddon Road, West Haddon as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of West Haddon Road, West Haddon from the junction of A428 to Allgreen Farm.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during the installation of ducting.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 7th October 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Bridge Road, Stoke Bruerne as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Bridge Road, Stoke Bruerne from the junction of The Greenway to Chapel Lane.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during micro asphalt works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 7th October 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Obelisk Rise, Northampton from Reynard Way to St. Johns Avenue.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during carriageway repairs.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 2nd October 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during carriageway repairs.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 7th October 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along those lengths of The Causeway, Northampton/Station Road, Little Houghton as set out below.
LENGTHS OF ROADS TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: Those lengths of The Causeway, Northampton/Station Road, Little Houghton from over river bridge.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety due to gully cleansing.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 4th October 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for one day.

LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Overstone Road, Moulton from the junction of Park View to Wantage Close.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during installation of belisha beacons.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 14th October 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety due to parapet repair works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 23rd September 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

LENGTHS OF ROADS TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: Rookery Lane – use Chapel Lane to A508. Chapel Lane – its entire length. Bridge Road – Chapel Lane to The Greenway.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during micro asphalt works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 23rd September 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during pothole repairs.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 26th September 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of A428 West Haddon Road, Althorp, Holdenby and East Haddon as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of A428 West Haddon Road, Althorp, Holdenby and East Haddon from Brington Road, East Haddon to Brington Road, Althorp.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during Network Road bridge works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 20th September 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for up to five nights.
