(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 14th October 2024 to 15th October 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Gypsy Corner Road, Bodmin for its entire length.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 16th September 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Wadebridge. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th October 2024 for one day.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1700, weekdays only.
Road affected - High Road, Wadebridge from junction of Tregonna Hill to junction of B3274 Between High Road And Junction South East Of Bogee Farm.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 16th September 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for bridge inspection on behalf of Network Rail and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd October 2024 to 4th October 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2100 and 0500, weekdays only.
Road affected - Holmbush Road, St Austell for the length of the Rail Bridge.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 16th September 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st October 2024 to 25th October 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Road From Junction South West Of Loskeyle To Keybridge, Bodmin from junction on Road From Chapel Road To Hollywood Head to junction on Road From Junction West Of Penrose To Junction South East Of Loskeyle

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 16th September 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Wadebridge. This prohibition is necessary for works for new service connection and it is expected that the closure will be from 30th September 2024 to 4th October 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1600, weekdays only.
Road affected - Molesworth Street, Wadebridge from junction with Whiterock Road and junction with Cross Street.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 27th June 2024 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Morcom Close, St Austell from Menear Road to No 15 Morcom Close and including junction at Roslyn Close leading to Morcom Close.
The Order which commenced on the 7th June 2024 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 29th November 2024.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary for safety due to subsidence to carriageway and footway.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 16th September 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Mawgan. This prohibition is necessary for works to unload and install prebuilt structures into airport and it is expected that the closure will be from 30th September 2024 to 12th October 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekdays only.
Road affected - New Road, St Mawgan from Long Lane to Carloggas Close.
