Main Street - Temporary Suspension Of Parking For Public Utility Works
What is happening?
PUBLIC NOTICES
The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Main Street, Cowie) (Temporary Suspension of Parking) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 13-9-24.
This Order will suspend the parking on:
Main Street On both sides of the road from the boundary of No’s 31 / 33 to the boundary of No’s 43 / 45 Main Street from 0800 hours until 1700 hours from 7-10-24 until 13-10-24 to facilitate public utility works.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Pendreich Road / Sheriffmuir Road, Bridge of Allan) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 13-9-24.
This Order will close:
Pendreich Road At its junction with Sheriffmuir Road, and; Sheriffmuir Road From its junction with the C86 to its junction with Kenilworth Road from 0900 hours until 1600 hours from 7-10-24 until 11-10-24 to facilitate drainage works.
Emergency service access will be maintained
Alternative Routes: via Kenilworth Road, A9, B8033, Glen Road, C86 and vice versa

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Melville Terrace / St Ninians Road (Northbound only), Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic), (Melville Terrace, Stirling) (Prohibition of Pedestrians) and (Melville Terrace, Stirling) (Suspension of Parking) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 13-9-24.
This Order will close to traffic:
Melville Terrace From its junction with Snowdon Place to its junction with St Ninians Road.
St Ninians Road From its junction with Snowdon Place to its (northbound) junction with Wellgreen.
This Order will also close to pedestrians and suspend the parking:
Melville Terrace From the northern gable of No 1 to the southern gable of No 6 Melville Terrace from 0800 hours until 1600 hours from 9-10-24 until 11-10-24 to facilitate the cutting back of vegetation.
Emergency service access will be maintained
Alternative Routes: Pedestrians - crossing St Ninians Road, then via St Ninians Road, Pitt Terrace crossing Wellgreen, crossing St Ninians Road and vice versa
Vehicles via Snowdon Place, Drummond Place, Kings Park Road, Victoria Place, Queen Street, Albert Place, Dumbarton Road, Port Street

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Laurelhill Place, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Suspension of Parking - Extension) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 13-9-24.
This Order will close:
Laurelhill Place From its junction with Springwood Avenue to its junction with Ogilvie Road.
This Order will also Suspend the Parking on:
Laurelhill Place From its junction with Springwood Avenue to its southerly junction with Whitehill Place from 0800 hours until 1800 hours from 29-9-24 until 1-11-24 to facilitate public utility works.
Emergency service access will be maintained
Alternative Routes: via Springwood Avenue, Elizabeth Street, Ogilvie Road, Charles Street, Whitehill Place and vice versa
A COPY of the Order can be provided by e-mailing traffic@stirling.gov.uk. The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Port Street, Stirling) (Temporary Suspension of Parking) Order 2024 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 13-9-24.
This Order will suspend the parking on: Port Street On the north-west side thereof from a point adjacent to No 64 to a point adjacent to No 78 Port Street from 0700 hours until 1300 hours on 24-9-24 to facilitate access to adjacent properties.
