What is happening?

THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (NEW MILL LANE AND ROMAN BANK, MANSFIELD WOODHOUSE) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2024 (2273)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be, in respects of roads at Mansfield Woodhouse in the District of Mansfield: -
Proposed Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time along the following lengths of road:
New Mill Lane, Mansfield Woodhouse (the north-east side)
 From a point 20 metres north-west of its junction with Leeming Lane South in a south-easterly direction to a point 10 metres south-east of its junction with Roman Bank
New Mill Lane, Mansfield Woodhouse (the south-west side)
 From a point 55 metres north-west of its junction with Leeming Lane South in a south-easterly to a point 101 metres south-east of that junction
Roman Bank, Mansfield Woodhouse (the north-west side)
 From its junction with New Mill Lane in a north-easterly direction for 12 metres
Roman Bank, Mansfield Woodhouse (the south-east side)
 From its junction with New Mill Lane in a north-easterly direction for 14 metres
