(PROHIBITION OF WAITING) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2024 (4310)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council Has Made an Order under the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil
Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No.
1086), as amended, the effects of which will be, in respects of roads at Kirkby in Ashfield in the District of
Ashfield: -
Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time along the following lengths of road:
B6020 Diamond Avenue, Kirkby in Ashfield
(the north-east side)
 From a point 8 metres north-west of its junction with Clumber Street in a south-easterly direction to
a point 4 metres south-east of that junction
(the south-west side)
 From a point 5 metres north-west of its junction with Roseberry Street in a south-easterly direction
to a point 9 metres south-east of that junction
Clumber Street, Kirkby in Ashfield (both sides)
 From its junction with B6020 Diamond Avenue in a north-easterly direction for 10 metres
Roseberry Street, Kirkby in Ashfield (both sides)
 From its junction with B6020 Diamond Avenue in a south-westerly direction for 10 metres

THIS ORDER WILL COME INTO FORCE ON 20 TH SEPTEMBER 2024
The proposals have been introduced to deal with inconsiderate parking at the junctions.
