What is happening?
CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES, NORTHWICH) (MARKET CAR PARK VARIATION) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council proposes to make the above-named Order in exercise of its powers under Sections 32 and 35 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order will be to amend the hours of operation at the Market Car Park, Northwich to 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The charging period will apply from 8am to 6pm, seven days a week.
The draft Order and the Statement of Reasons for making the Order will be available to view on the Council's website www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk
Any objections to the draft Order should be sent in writing, stating the grounds of the objection, to the undersigned to arrive no later than 3rd October 2024. Any representations received may become available for public inspection.
