ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC

(FULSTOW/COVENHAM ST BARTHOLOMEW –  VARIOUS STREETS)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make an Order on various streets to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road.

The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule.   

The Order will come into operation on 30 September 2024 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner.

The works are expected to commence on or about 30 September 2024 and continue for approximately 26 days. Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays.

The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

An alternative route for vehicles will be signed.

(TETFORD/LITTLE LONDON – PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY NO. 30)

(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

Lincolnshire County Council proposes to make an Order closing Public Right Of Way No. 30 in the Parish of Tetford/Little London, to all traffic.

The closure is required to reduce the likelihood of danger to the public whilst works are in progress in proximity to the Footpath.

The Order will commence on 24 September 2024 and may last for a maximum period of 6 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.

Access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of footpath to be closed, if any, will be maintained where possible.

The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

An alternative route will be signed.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make an Order on Station Road to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road.

The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule.   

The Order will come into operation on 1 October 2024 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner.

The works are expected to commence on or about 1 October 2024 and continue for approximately 7 days.

(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

Lincolnshire County Council proposes to make an Order closing Link Footway at various locations in the Parish of Burgh Le Marsh, to all traffic.

The closure is required to reduce the likelihood of danger to the public whilst works are in progress in proximity to the link footway.

The Order will commence on 1 October 2024 and may last for a maximum period of 6 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.

Access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of link footway to be closed, if any, will be maintained where possible.

The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
