Footpath No. 24, Exeter - Temporary Prohibition of Traffic to Enable Tree Removal Works
What is happening?
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL (FOOTPATH NO. 24, EXETER) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order.
From: Sunday, 29th September 2024 To: Saturday, 29th March 2025
No persons shall proceed on the section of the affected path except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that length of path.
Public rights of way affected: Footpath No. 24, Exeter from the University of Exeter Duckes Meadow south towards Exeter & Devon Crematorium. There is an alternative route via Exeter, Footpath 49.
The closure is necessary to enable tree removal works.
