The County of Cornwall (Truro) (Frances Street) (Restrictions on Waiting) (Amendment) Order 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 12th day of September 2024 Cornwall Council made the above Order operational from the 20th day of September 2024 to regulate traffic in Truro. The effect is to amend various restrictions on waiting and loading along the lengths of road described below.
The Order and copies of the relevant documents are available for public inspection during normal office hours at Reception, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or any provision thereof on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that a requirement of that Act or any relevant regulation made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from 12th September 2024, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
