Herbert Road, Temporary Road Closure Due To Gas Works
What is happening?
LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE HERBERT ROAD NW7
The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to the need to facilitate the installation of a new gas main to a new development, they have made an Order which will close Herbert Road at its junction with West Hendon Broadway, while the works take place.
The works will commence on Monday 16th September 2024 at 8.00am and is expected to last for 23 days. If the works are unable to take place on the date mentioned above, then the works will commence at 8am on Monday 23rd September 2024 and is expected to last 23 days.
The alternative route for motorists will be via Garrick Road, Wilberforce Road and vice versa.
Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
