HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), yn bwriadu, mewn nid llai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, wneud Gorchymyn a fydd â’r effaith o wahardd cerbydau rhag mynd ar hyd:

Cefn Mabli, Maes-y-Bryn Road o’r gyffordd â Began Road i’r gatiau mynediad i Barc Cefn Mabli am bellter o 345 metr.

Disgwylir i’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig gychwyn ar 23 Medi 2024 am gyfnod nid yn fwy na deunaw mis neu nes bod y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, p’un bynnag sydd gynharaf.

Disgwylir i’r gwaith gael ei gwblhau erbyn 3 Tachwedd 2024.

Ni fydd mynediad ar gael i’r gwasanaethau brys, preswylwyr na cherddwyr. Bydd mynediad ar gael i Barc Fferm Cefn Mabli. Mae llwybrau amgen ar hyd The Row, Gwern-y-Goytre, Michaelstone Road, Began Road.

Y rheswm dros wneud y Gorchymyn yw caniatáu gwaith atgyweirio prif bibell ddŵr.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn ar Amberon Traffic Management.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING ORDER 2024

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Cefn Mabley, Maes Y Bryn Road from its junction with Began Road to the Cefn Mably Park entrance gates for a distance of 345 metres.

The proposed Order is expected to commence on 23 September 2024 for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated the works will be complete by 3 November 2024.

Access for emergency services, residents and pedestrians will not be maintained. Access for Cefn Mabley Farm Park will be maintained.

Alternative routes are via The Row, Gwern Y Goytre, Michaelstone Road, Began Road.

The reason for making the Order is to allow for repair of water main.

The order is required by Amberon Traffic Management.
