THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (WOLSLEY ROAD FOOTPATH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit the movement of pedestrians in:
1. To prohibit the movement of Pedestrians in:
• Wolseley Road footpath - between Wolseley Road and Vicarage Road
The prohibition of pedestrians will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 28th September 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum of 6 months
It is anticipated that the vegetation clearance works will commence on the 28th September 2024 until 29th September 2024 23:00 - 06:00
