ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
A4177 BIRMINGHAM ROAD, HATTON
Order Effect: Vehicular traffic will be prohibited from making a right turn from the Shell Hatton Service Station onto Birmingham Road.
Reason for Order: For the safety of al road users and of the contractors working on or near to the carriageway.
Order Commences: 20 September 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 5 November 2024.
Access & Diversion: Please make a left turn and return by using the roundabout on Birmingham Road.

ALL SAINTS ROAD, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works for boundary box renewal.
Order Commences: 17 September 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 18 September 2024.
Access & Diversion: All Saints Road and vice versa.
Contractor: Chevron Traffic Management Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.
BENNETT DRIVE, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from a point outside property number 5.
Reason for Order: To enable works for a new electricity supply.
Order Commences: 18 September 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 24 September 2024.
Access & Diversion: Diversion route will be signed.
Contractor: For National Grid, Network Plus, Tel: 08081 642 252.
BOWLING GREEN STREET, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable works for a sluice valve rebuild chamber.
Order Commences: 17 September 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 19 September 2024.
Access & Diversion: Friars Street, Hampton Street, Hampton Road, Henley Road, Gannaway Road, Gannaway, Station Road, The Green, Warwick Road, Whitley Hill, Blackford Hill, Stratford Road, Bearley Cross, Birmingham Road, Stratford Northern Bypass, A46, West Street and vice versa.

BEDFORD STREET, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between Dormer Place and St Peter’s Road.
Reason for Order: To enable works for renewal of a boundary box.
Order Commences: 16 September 2024 for 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 17 September 2024.
Access & Diversion: Dormer Place, Adelaide Road, Dale Street, Regent Street and vice versa. One-way traffic flow between Regent Street and St Peter’s Road will be temporarily suspended to allow access/egress to residents, businesses and emergency services only.

DIRTY LANE, BEAUSALE
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from its junction with Honiley Road.
Reason for Order: To enable works for rectification of defect.
Order Commences: 16 September 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 20 September 2024.
Access & Diversion: Rouncil Lane, Honiley Road, Heath Terrace and vice versa.

ROUNCIL LANE, KENILWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Access telegraph poles to provide fibre overhead cabling, closed 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 20 September 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 20 September 2024.
Access & Diversion: Rouncil Lane, Warwick Road, St Johns, The Square, Smalley Place, Borrowell Lane, Castle Road, Castle Hill, Clinton Lane, Birmingham Road, Kenilworth Road Gambles Island, Meer End Road, Honiley Road, Haseley Knob Road, School Lane, Heath Terrace and vice versa.

STONELEIGH ROAD, BUBBENHALL
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable overhead reconductoring works.
Order Commences: 19 September 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 19 September 2024.
Access & Diversion: Pit Hill, Ryton Road, Leamington Road, Watery Lane and vice versa. Residential access to be maintained throughout works. Access for vulnerable road users will be assessed on site.

VALLEY ROAD, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road Closed to vehicular traffic between properties 171 to 185.
Reason for Order: To enable essential utility works.
Order Commences: 16 September 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 27 September 2024
Access & Diversion: Valley Road, Crown Way, Cubbington Road, Parklands Avenue and vice versa.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
BEDFORD STREET, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic in phases as follows: Phase 1 – Closed between Regent Street and John Street, 30/09/2024 to 11/10/2024, Phase 2 – Closed between John Street and Windsor Place, 14/10/2024 to 25/10/2024, Phase 3 – Closed between Windsor Place and Warwick Street, 28/10/2024 to 15/11/2024. In addition, the one-way traffic flow on Bedford Street will be temporarily suspended. Please note: The closure will be removed during market days.
Reason for Order: Gas Main replacement works.
Order Commences: 30 September 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 15 November 2024.
Access & Diversion: Regent Street, Regent Grove, Clarendon Street, Warwick Street and vice versa.

COMMON LANE, KENILWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works for sluice valve rebuild.
Order Commences: 5 October 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 6 October 2024.
Access & Diversion: Common Lane, Woodland Road, Coventry Road and vice versa.

CROSS STREET, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to lay new gas mains.
Order Commences: 1 October 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 4 October 2024.
Access & Diversion: Cross Street, Willes Road, Clarendon Street and vice versa.

WESTLEA ROAD, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable cable installation works.
Order Commences: 27 September 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 4 October 2024.
Access & Diversion: Westlea Road, Lee Road, Bury Road and vice versa.
Contractor: National Grid, Tel: 08006 783 105.
For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
