TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS
Derby City Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit use of the roads by traffic.

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ORDER ON THE CRESCENT, DERBY
WHEN: 16 September 2024 to 04 October 2024 WHERE: The Crescent, at its junction with Nottingham Road REASON: Construction work ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Nottingham Road – Meadow Lane – The Crescent and the same in the opposite direction

TEMPORARY PARKING BAY SUSPENSION ORDER ON KINGS DRIVE, DERBY
WHEN: 30 September 2024 WHERE: Kings Drive, on the east side between Uttoxeter Road and Jackson Avenue REASON: Telecom works

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ORDER ON JUNCTION STREET, DERBY
WHEN: 06 October 2024 WHERE: Junction Street, at its junction with Uttoxeter New Road REASON: Telecom works ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Junction Street – Uttoxeter Old Road – Great Northern Road – Uttoxeter New Road – Circumnavigate Uttoxeter New Road Roundabout – Uttoxeter New Road And Junction Street – Uttoxeter Old Road – Uttoxeter New Road – Circumnavigate Hospital Island – Uttoxeter New Road

Derby City Council (Erasmus Drive Area) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) (Amendment to Map Based Schedule) (No.144) Order 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Derby City Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 9, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49, 53 and part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and under the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers in that behalf.

The purpose of the Order will be to introduce:
No Waiting (At Any Time)
• Erasmus Drive on both sides from its junction with Osmaston Road to inside the turning head except in front of numbers 3 to 37.
• Florence Drive on both sides from its junction with London Road to its junction with Sylvester Close and at its junction with Saxelbye Avenue adjacent to number 10 only.

A copy of the proposed Order together with maps which show the definitive extents of the proposal, a copy of the Authority’s Statement of Reasons for proposing the Order and the Order being amended, may be inspected online at https://www.derby.gov.uk/tro

Objections to the proposal stating your grounds of objection should be sent, in writing, to Traffic & Transportation, Communities and Place, Derby City Council, The Council House, Corporation Street, Derby, DE1 2FS or by email to traffic.management@derby.gov.uk to be received no later than 4th October 2024.
