Buckminster Road - Introduce No Waiting No Loading At Any Time

THE LEICESTER (CONSOLIDATION) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2006 (AMENDMENT) BUCKMINSTER ROAD LEICESTER (No....) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Leicester City Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 32, 35 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of this Order will be to amend the restrictions already in force on the streets listed below, by way of amendment to the Leicester (Consolidation) Traffic Regulation Order 2006, together with the changes and additions as set out below:
BUCKMINSTER ROAD
South-west side
1. Revoke no waiting at any time from 23 metres south east of its junction with Medina Road to its junction with Blackbird Road
2. Introduce 30-minute limited waiting bays operating all days from 7.30am- 6pm, no return within 1 hour from; a) 23 - 47 metres south east of its junction with Medina Road
b) from 69 - 84 metres south east of its junction with Medina Road
3. Introduce no waiting at any time from; a) 47- 61 metres south east of its junction with Medina Road b) 84 metres south east of its junction with Medina Road to its junction with Blackbird Road
4. Introduce no waiting no loading at any time from 61 - 69 metres south east of its junction with Medina Road
All other restrictions on Buckminster Road will remain unchanged

OBJECTIONS to the proposed Order should be sent to Pabinder.Kaur@leicester.gov.uk or by post to Transport Strategy, Leicester City Council, 2nd Floor Rutland Wing, City Hall, 115 Charles Street, Leicester, LE1 1FZ and marked for the attention of Pabinder Kaur.
