What is happening?

THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (RAYMOTH LANE, WORKSOP, BASSETLAW)

(PROHIBITION OF WAITING) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2024 (1305)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be, in respects of roads at Worksop in the District of Bassetlaw: -

1. Proposed prohibition from Waiting At Any Time along the following length of road: RAYMOTH LANE, WORKSOP (the south side)
 From its junction with Carlton Road in a westerly direction for 72 metres.
2. Other Restrictions:- Bus Stop Clearway – No Stopping 7am – 7pm except buses on the following length of road:
RAYMOTH LANE, WORKSOP (the south side)
 From a point 91 metres west of its junction with Carlton Road in an easterly direction for 19 metres.
RAYMOTH LANE, WORKSOP (the north side)
 From a point 268 metres west of its junction with Carlton Road in a westerly direction for 19 metres.

The proposals are being introduced to deal with inconsiderate parking at these locations.
