A192 ASTLEY ROAD SEATON DELAVAL
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER NO.2. 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the A192 Astley Road Seaton Delaval from its point 58 metres west of its junction with Blackhaugh Drive heading westwards for a distance of 190 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 23rd September 2024 until the 19th October 2024.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 23rd September 2024 until the 19th October 2024 between the hours of 20:00 and 06:00 during this period,
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the A192, A190, A193, A1061, A192 and vice versa.

The closure has been requested by Morgan Sindall to complete carriageway re-surfacing and white lining works, ducting and street lighting works. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
