TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF 401205 SELLARS ROAD (HARDWICKE PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 401205 Sellars Road, from its junction with the Green Lane to its junction with Westland Road, for a distance of approximately 195 metres.
The reason for the said closure is for pole replacement works.
The said road is expected to be closed between 09:30hrs and 15:30hrs on 16th September 2024

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE U40334 THE STREET (TIRLEY PARISH) TEWKESBURY BOROUGH
Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the U40334 The Street from its junction with B4213 to outside of the property known as ‘Tump Farm’ for a total distance of approximately 120 metres.
The reason for the closure is for drainage apparatus connection works.
The road is expected to be closed from 08:00hrs on 16th September 2024 until 17:00 pm 27th September 2024 only or until the works have been completed. For further information, please contact Gloucestershire Highways on 08000 514 514 or visit www.gloucestershire.gov.uk.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C91 Winchcombe Road from its junction with ‘Greenway Lane’ to outside of the property known as ‘Manor Farm Cottage’ for a total distance of 180 metres.
The reason for the closure is for works by Severn Trent Water.
The road is expected to be closed from 08:00hrs on the 18th September 2024 until 18:00hrs on the 20th September 2024 only or until the works have been completed.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of 490313 St Anne’s Terrace Road and footway, from outside the property known as ‘No. 32’ to outside the property known as ‘No. 50’ for a distance of approximately 50 metres. The reason for the said closure is for excavation works.

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE AND RESTRICTION OF 490109 WHADDON ROAD (OAKLEY WARD) CHELTENHAM BOROUGH
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close and restrict part of 490109 Whaddon Road from its junction with Prestbury Road to its junction with Wymans Road for a distance of approximately 330 metres.
The reason for the said closure and restriction is to facilitate the safe movement and dispersal of road users and pedestrian before, during and after various matches and events at Cheltenham Town Football Club.
The said road is expected to be closed and restricted on various dates between 16th September 2024 and 10th May 2025 where the presence of approved signage will indicate when the closure/restriction is in force. Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C86, 300086 Gloucester Road to Stoke Road, Tredington from outside of the property known as ‘Southend Farm’ to its junction with 300087 Walton Cardiff Road to Newtown Farm for a total distance of approximately 280 metres.
The reason for the closure is for works to bridge parapet.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Variation Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the ground that any requirement to that Act or any Statutory Instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Variation Order may within six weeks of the date on which the Variation Order is made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.

The reason for the closure is for pole installation works.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the U48009 Grange Road, Northway from its junction with the Railway Level Crossing to a point 850 metres east of the Railway Line for a total distance of approximately 850 metres.
The reason for the said closure is for Railway Barrier works.
The said road is expected to be closed from 21:00hrs on the 28th September 2024 until 04:00hrs on the 30th September 2024 only or until the works have been completed.

Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the U47812 Stanton Road from its junction with Bramley Road to outside the property known as ‘No. 8 Stanton Road’ for a total distance of approximately 53 metres.
The reason for the closure is for public safety whilst a crane is utilised for works at an adjacent property.
