What is happening?
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS LYNBROOK ROAD, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering, proceeding along Lybrook Road for its entire length
The Order would come into effect from 08:00 hours on Friday 27th September 2024 and is required to facilitate water connection renewal works on the highway to take place safely.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 18:00 hours on Tuesday 2nd October 2024.
The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.
Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works
(d) local vehicular access to Lynbrook Road
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS RISBOROUGH CLOSE, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering, proceeding along Risborough Close between its junction with Sherrington Avenue and its junction with Buckingham Rise
The Order would come into effect from 08:00 hours on Monday 30th September 2024 and is required to facilitate water pipe renewal works on the highway to take place safely.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 18:00 hours on Wednesday 2nd October 2024.
The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.
Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works
(d) local vehicular access to Risborough Close
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS GARTH CRESCENT, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Garth Crescent commencing from its junction with Langbank Avenue and continuing to its junction with March Way.
The Order would come into effect at 00.01 hours on Monday 30th September 2024 and is required to allow Severn Trent Water to renew a boundary box on the said road.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by Wednesday 2nd October 2024.
The specific closure times would apply as the signage indicates on site.
Diversion(s) for vehicular traffic would be as signed on site.
Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(d) local vehicular access to Garth Crescent

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS STONELEIGH AVENUE, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Stoneleigh Avenue from its junction with Westleigh Avenue and Southleigh Avenue.
The Order would come into effect at 00.01 hours on Monday 23rd September 2024 and is required to allow Severn Trent Water to repair and reinstate damaged carriageway on the said road.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by Monday 23rd September 2024.
The specific closure times would apply as the signage indicates on site.
Diversion(s) for vehicular traffic would be as signed on site.
Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS FOLESHILL ROAD AND JIMMY HILL WAY, COVENTRY 2024
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order for allow the installation of new cycle lanes and the upgrade of Blue Ribbon Roundabout to take place safely. The Order will be in effect from Monday 16th September 2024
The effect of the Order will be to: –
(a) prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading, or unloading entering or proceeding along the lengths of road specified in Schedule 1 below from 2nd December 2024 for a duration of 5 nights
(b) prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading, or unloading entering or proceeding along the lengths of road specified in Schedule 2 below from 10th December 2024 for a duration of 3 nights
(c) reduce the speed limit of Jimmy Hill Way from its junction with Classic Drive to its junction with Stoney Stanton Road to 30mph.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by Monday 31st March 2025
Exemptions will be provided for:
I. anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
II. emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
III. any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
IV. local vehicular access
V. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Foleshill Road – From its junction with Churchill Avenue to its junction with Jimmy Hill Way.
John Wigley Way – From its junction with Foleshill Road to its junction with The Stampings and then from its junction with Jimmy Hill Way to Access Road to 3 John Wigley Way.
Jimmy Hill Way Northbound – From its junction with Stoney Stanton Road to its junction with Holbrook Way.
SCHEDULE 2
Foleshill Road Northbound – From its junction with Jimmy Hill Way to its junction with Lythalls Lane.
Foleshill Road Southbound – From its junction with St Lawrences to its junction with Jimmy Hill Way.
Jimmy Hill Way Southbound – From its junction with Holbrook Way to its junction with Bell Green Road.
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS AINSBURY ROAD, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Ainsbury road as detailed in the Schedule below.
The Order will come into effect on 00:01 hours on Monday 16th September 2024 and is required to allow Severn Trent Water to renew water services on the said road.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier.
It is expected that the works will be completed by Monday 30th September 2024.
The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.
Diversion(s) for vehicular traffic will be as signed on site.
Exemptions will be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;

• Ainsbury Road closed between its junction with Nightingale Road and Bott Road for approximately 1 day
• Ainsbury Road closed between its junction with Bott Road and Ingram Road for approximately 4 days
• Ainsbury Road closed between its junction with Ingram Road and Lynchbrook Road for approximately 1 day
• Ainsbury Road closed between its junction with Lynchbrook Road to outside no.6 Ainsbury Road for approximately 3 days
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS BANTAM GROVE, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Bantam Grove commencing from no. 2 Bantam Grove and continuing until no. 22 Bantam Grove.
The Order will come into effect on 08:00 hours on Wednesday 18th September 2024 and is required to allow for the safe repair of a boundary box on the said road.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by 18.00 hours on Friday 20th September 2024.
The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.
Diversion(s) for vehicular traffic will be as signed on site.
Exemptions will be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(d) local vehicular access to Bantam Grove.
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS KNOLL CROFT, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Knoll Croft for its entirety.
The Order will come into effect on 00:01 hours on Wednesday 25th September 2024 and is required to allow Severn Trent Water to repair a sluice valve on the said road.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by Friday 27th September 2024.
The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.
Diversion(s) for vehicular traffic will be as signed on site.
Exemptions will be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(d) local vehicular access to Knoll Croft
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY/FOOTPATH CLOSURE FIVEFIELD ROAD PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY M315
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of which will be a closure of the length of footpath detailed in the Schedule below (when appropriate signage is in place).
The Order will come into operation at 00.01 on Monday 16th September 2024, and is required to enable the safe construction of a new housing developer and realignment of the Public Right of Way.
Closure times will be as signed on site.
The Order will remain valid for six (6) months.
Any alternative route for pedestrians will be signed on site.
Exemptions will be provided for: –
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) anyone in connection with the execution of the said works; and
(c) local pedestrian access
