What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION) (DOUGLAS AVENUE, EXMOUTH) (NO. 2) ORDER 2024 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC & PARKING

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 18/9/24 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 25/9/24. Between the hours of 07:30 & 18:00. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed or wait on the sections of Affected Roads.

Roads affected: DOUGLAS AVENUE, EXMOUTH

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - CRANFORD AVENUE, LITTLEHAM ROAD, B3178 SALTERTON ROAD, ROLLE ROAD, DOUGLAS AVENUE.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: RESURFACING WORKS.

(STRAWBERRY HILL, LYMPSTONE) (NO. 2) ORDER 2024 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 18/9/24 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 23/9/24. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.

Roads affected: STRAWBERRY HILL, LYMPSTONE, (FROM JUNCTION OF ORCAHRD CLOSE TO OUTSIDE GLENROYD)

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - STRAWBERRY HILL, MEETING LANE, EXMOUTH ROAD (A376), LONGMEADOW ROAD, STRAWBERRY HILL & VICE VERSA.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: DECAYED POLE CHANGES.

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From 7/10/24 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 8/11/24. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.

Roads affected: SOUTH STREET & CHURCH STREET, EXMOUTH

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via -

DIVERSION 1: SOUTH STREET – BICTON STREET, ROLLE STREET, CHURCH STREET. VICE VERSA.

DIVERSION 2: SOUTH STREET - BICTON STREET, ROLLE ROAD, SALTERTON ROAD, CLAREMONT GROVE, ALBION HILL, MONTPELLIER ROAD, FORE STREET, CHURCH STREET. VICE VERSA.

DIVERSION 3: CHURCH STREET - FORE STREET, MONTPELLIER ROAD, ALBION HILL, CLAREMONT GROVE, SALTERTON ROAD, ROLLE ROAD, ROLLE STREET, CHURCH STREET. VICE VERSA.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: GAS MAIN REPLACEMENT.
