Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 6th September 2024 it made the above Orders to:
1. Install ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.
2. Establish permit holder parking places in Redmead Road, Hayes (operational ‘9am to 10pm’) in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it displays a valid Zone HY7 permit.
3. Establish pay & display parking bays outside Nos. 1 to 11 Redmead Road, Hayes operational ‘Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm’ with charges as shown below.
4. Introduce waiting restrictions operational ‘9am to 10pm’ in sections of Redmead Road, Hayes.
5. Establish permit parking places in the section of Cedars Drive, Hillingdon between the junctions with Vine Lane and Buckingham Grove (operational ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’) in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it displays a valid Zone HN1 permit.
6. Introduce waiting restrictions operational ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ in the section of Cedars Drive, Hillingdon between the junctions with Vine Lane and Buckingham Grove.
7. Extend the operational times of the West Drayton Parking Management Scheme in Lantern Way and Warwick Road, West Drayton to ‘9am to 10pm everyday’.
8. Install three pay & display parking bays on Warwick Road, West Drayton adjacent to No. 7 & 8 Broadway Parade operational ‘Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm’ with charges as shown below.
9. Install seven pay & display parking bays on East Way, Hayes adjacent to Kings Arms Court operational ‘Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm’ with charges as shown below.
10. Establish permit parking places in parts of Edgar Road, Yiewsley (operational ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’) in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it displays a valid Zone Y1 permit.
11. Introduce waiting restrictions operational ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ throughout the rest of Edgar Road, Yiewsley.

Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 16th September 2024 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Orders can be obtained from the Transport & Projects team, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which these Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.

SCHEDULE – INSTALLATION OF ‘AT ANY TIME’ WAITING RESTRICTIONS REDMEAD ROAD, HAYES
i) Convert 10 metres of existing waiting restrictions from the junction with Dawley Road to ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions.
ii) At the junction with Copthorne Mews.
COPTHORNE MEWS, HAYES – At the junction with Redmead Road.
BISHOPS CLOSE, HILLINGDON – Within 10 metres of the junction with Cedars Drive.
MILLS CLOSE, HILLINGDON – Within 10 metres of the junction with Cedars Drive.
CEDARS DRIVE, HILLINGDON
i) At the junction with Bishop’s Close.
ii) At the junction with Mills Close.
iii) At the junction with Buckingham Grove and extending north of the junction to outside No. 43 Cedars Drive.
WARWICK ROAD, WEST DRAYTON – At the junction with Warwick Road and Station Road, West Drayton, with an extension along the north side of Warwick Road and around the corner to outside No. 1 Warwick Road.
STATION ROAD, WEST DRAYTON – At the junction with Warwick Road
EAST WAY, HAYES – On the southwest side of the road between the junction with East Avenue and the pay & display parking bays set out above.
EDGAR ROAD, YIEWSLEY – Between the junction with Whitethorn Avenue to outside No. 66 Edgar Road.
