What is happening?

THE LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

FOOTPATH V51, STONEY STANTON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 03/10/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order.

The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 5 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council to carry out various highway maintenance works. The proposed diversion route will be via: Meadow Cl, Long St, New Rd, Nock Verges.

Footpath V51, Stoney Stanton for its entire length.

VARIOUS ROADS, EARL SHILTON & BARWELL TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING & LOADING AT ANY TIME ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 16/09/2024 and have a maximum duration of 2 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order.

The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 10 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council & their contractors to carry out carriageway patching works. The proposed diversion route will be signed on site. Any existing restrictions imposed on those lengths of roads as specified in Schedule 2 to this Order are hereby temporarily suspended for the duration of the works.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC
Hinckley Rd between the Jct. of Shilton Rd & the Jct. of Heath Ln, Belle Vue Rd between the Jct. of Hinckley Rd & the Jct. of Heath Ln – Earl Shilton. Moore Rd between the Jct. of Belle Vue Rd & the Jct. of Red Hall Rd, Norton Rd between the Jct. of & including Belle Vue Rd for 45 metres southeast – Barwell.

SCHEDULE 2
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING & LOADING AT ANY TIME
Hinckley Rd between the Jct. of Shilton Rd & the Jct. of Heath Ln, Belle Vue Rd between the Jct. of Hinckley Rd & the Jct. of Heath Ln – Earl Shilton, on both sides of the carriageway. Moore Rd between the Jct. of Belle Vue Rd & the Jct. of Red Hall Rd, Norton Rd between the Jct. of & including Belle Vue Rd for 45 metres southeast – Barwell, on both sides of the carriageway.

LYCHGATE LANE, BURBAGE TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING & LOADING AT ANY TIME ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 17/09/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 10 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Severn Trent Water & their contractors to facilitate installation of new apparatus & other associated works. The proposed diversion route will be via: Lychgate Ln, Church St, Hinckley Rd, Burbage Rd, Sapcote Rd, Aston Flamville Rd, Aston Ln & vice versa. Any existing restrictions imposed on those lengths of roads as specified in Schedule 2 to this Order are hereby temporarily suspended for the duration of the works.

Lychgate Ln Burbage between the Jct. of Lutterworth Rd & property No. 65 on both sides of the carriageway.

CLINT HILL DRIVE, STONEY STANTON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 18/09/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 5 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Cadent Gas to undertake remedial carriageway repairs. The proposed diversion route will be via: John Bold Ave, The Fleet, Huncote Rd, & vice versa.
