Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (B4091 Worcester Road, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) and the (One-Way) on B4184 Worcester Road (Temporary Suspension) and The County of Hereford and Worcester (The Crescent, Old Station Road and Ednall Lane, Bromsgrove) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1996 (Temorary Suspension (Part)) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of B4091 Worcester Road from its junction with U21080 Station Street to its junction with B4091 Hanover Street and to temporary suspend the One-Way relating to the section of highway on B4184 Worcester Road, Bromsgrove and to temporarily (part) suspend The County of Hereford and Worcester (The Crescent, Old Station Road and Ednall Lane, Bromsgrove) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1996 on Station Street from its junction with Ednall Lane to its junction with B4184 Worcester Road to allow two-way traffic to be able to access residents and businesses.
Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4184 St. John Street, A448 St. John Street, B4091 Hanover Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 night (16:00-24:00). Commencing: 20 October 2024.
(Link Footpath F40956 Linking Cherry Close to Cockshute Hill, Droitwich Spa) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of Link Footpath F40956 Cherry Close from its junction with U41503 Cherry Close to its junction with U41500 Cockshute Hill.
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U41503 Cherry Close, U41502 Portland Road, U41500 Cockshute Hill and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 7 October 2024.
Proposed Order: To close that part of Closure 1: U20201 Brook Road from its junction with C2062 Dordale to its junction with U20009 Bournheath Road. Closure 2: U20009 Bournheath Road from its junction with U20201 Brook Road to its junction with B4091 Stourbridge Road.
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

(A38 Roman Way, Droitwich Spa) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of A38 Roman Way from its junction with A38 Westlands Roundabout (southbound only) to its junction with A4133 High Park Roundabout. Reason: Plane & pave carriageway surface to install a Toucan crossing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A442 Kidderminster Road, A442 Rushock to Cutnall Green, A442 Droitwich Road, A449 Worceser Road, A449 Waresley to Torton, A449 Mitre Oak to Crown Lane, A449 Sytchampton to Mitre Oak, A449 Main Road, A4133 Droitwich Road, A4133 Ombersley Road.

Order made: To close that part of: Closure 1 - U41530 Worcester Road from its junction with B4090 Worcester Road Roundabout to its junction with U41545 Corbett Avenue. Closure 2 - B4090 Salt Way from its junction with B4090 Worcester Road Roundabout to its junction with U41623 Blackfriars Avenue. Closure 3 - B4090 Worcester Road from its junction with B4090 Worcester Road Roundabout to its junction with U41682 Highfield Close. Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing by WCC.

Order made: To close that part of the Lane on A38 Roman Way from its junction with A442 Roman Way Westlands Roundabout to its junction with B4065 Bromsgrove Road in an Easterly direction only.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.

Order made: To close that part of Closure 1: Link Footpath F20614 Tintern Close from its junction with U21010 Tintern Close to its junction with Link Footpath F20615 (side of no.72). Closure 2: Link Footpath F20612 (fronting nos. 56-72) from its junction with Link Footpath F20614 Tintern Close to its junction with Link Footpath F20574 Deansway (side no. 46). Closure 3: Link Footpath F20613 (fronting nos. 43-59) from its junction with Link Footpath F20614 end of Tintern Close to its junction with Link Footpath F20574 Deansway (side no.46).

(Footpaths BB-672, Belbroughton and BN-515, Bournheath) (Temporary Closure Order) 2024
Order made: To close Footpaths BB-672, Belbroughton and BN-515, Bournheath for their entire length.
The Order has been made due to construction of two concrete pads.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: is south-east on Mill Lane U20203, southerly on Belbroughton BB-674, south westerly on Bournheath BN-516 then Bournheath BN-513 and vice versa.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months continuing on from 22 August 2024.
(A38 Roman Way, Droitwich Spa) (Westbound only) (Temporary 50/30 Mph Speed Limit) Order) 2024
Proposed order: To impose a temporary 50 mph speed limit on that part of A38 Roman Way (Westbound only) from its junction with B4065 Bromsgrove Road for a distance of 800 metres and then 30 mph for a distance of 566 metres to its junction with A38 Westlands Roundabout including roundabout.
Reason: Installation of 2 Toucan Crossings over the SW approach/exit to A38 Westlands Roundabout.
Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 71 days. Commencing: 3 October 2024.
