1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Newham on 9 September 2024 made the above mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders, to facilitate the Installation of new cycle hangars, will be to remove short lengths (approximately 2.5 metres) of parking places and double yellow line waiting restrictions from the following locations:

Canning Town CPZ - St. Luke's Square E16, the west side, adjacent to the eastern flank wall of New Century House, No. 8 Jude Street;

Canning Town North CPZ - Beaconsfield Road E16, the south side, adjacent to No. 155 Beaconsfield Road; Malmesbury Road E16, the north side, adjacent to No. 2 Gage Road;

East Ham CPZ - Altmore Avenue E6, the west side, adjacent to No. 473 Barking Road; Bridge Road E6, the east side, adjacent to No. 119 Burges Road; Byron Avenue E12, the south-east side, adjacent to No. 169 Browning Road; Edith Road E6, the northeast side, adjacent to No. 201 Plashet Grove; Milton Avenue E6, the south-east side, the main carriageway fronting Nos. 1 to 35 The Firs;

East Ham South East CPZ - Flanders Road E6, the south side, adjacent to No. 1 Darwell Close; Flanders Road E6, the south side, adjacent to No. 93 Telham Road; Johnstone Road E6, the north-west side, adjacent to Nos. 241 to 251 High Street South; St. Alban's Avenue E6, the south-west side, adjacent to No. 112 Charlemont Road; Wolsey Avenue E6, the north-west side, adjacent to No. 64 Gooseley Lane;

East Ham South West CPZ -Holllngton Road E6, the north side, adjacent to No. 160 High Street South; Mortimer Road E6, the north-west side, adjacent to No. 37 Sandford Road;

Green Street North CPZ - Glenparke Road E7, the north side, adjacent to No. 37 Upton Lane; Vale Road E7, the north side, adjacent to No. 14 Palmerston Road; Westbury Road E7, the west side, adjacent to No. 83 Glenparke Road; Third Avenue E12, the south-west side, adjacent to Nos. 186 to 190 Third Avenue;

Manor Park CPZ - Nine Acres Close, the west side, outside No. 9 Nine Acres Close; Second Avenue E12, the north-east side, adjacent to No. 708 Romford Road;

Market Street CPZ - Ladysmith Avenue E6, the north-east side, adjacent to Nos. 212 to 216 Barking Road; Loxford Avenue E6, the south-west side, adjacent to No. 92 Barking Road; Southchurch Road E6, the south side, adjacent to No. 40 Wellington Road;

Monega CPZ - Birchdale Road E7, the south-west side, adjacent to No. 145 Sherrard Road;

Plaistow North CPZ - Florence Road E13, the south-east side, opposite No. 3 Florence Road; Swete Street E13, the east side, adjacent to No. 106 Chesterton Terrace;

Plaistow South CPZ - Nile Road E13, the south-east side, adjacent to No. 6 Samson Street; Stirling Road E13, the south-east side, adjacent to No. 42 Edinburgh Road;

Prince Regent CPZ - Avenons Road E13, the south-east side, adjacent to No. 20 Ingal Road; Lincoln Road E13, the south side, adjacent to No. 128 Cumberland Road; Wanllp Road E13, the north-west side, adjacent to No. 64 Prince Regent Lane;

Stratford CPZ - Tennyson Road E15, the east side, adjacent to No 42 Romford Road; Albert Square E15, the south-west side, outside No. 18 Albert Square; Farlngford Road E15, the north-west side, adjacent to No. 103 Tennyson Road; Tennyson Road E15, the north-east side, adjacent to No. 96 Farlngford Road; Widdin Street E15, the north-west side, adjacent to Wesley House;

Stratford South East CPZ - Eve Road E15, the east side, adjacent to No. 202 Corporation Street; Pond Road E15, the north-east side, adjacent to No. 24 Richardson Road; Ranelagh Road E15, the north-east side, 10 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerb-line of Stephen's Road; Sandal Street E15, the north-west side, 9.7 metres south-west of the south-western kerb-line of Arthingworth Street; Wakelin Road E15, the south-east side, outside No. 21 Wakelin Road; Morton Road E15, the south side, adjacent to No. 74 Evesham Road;

Upton Park CPZ - Claude Road E13, the south-east side, adjacent to No. 22 Gwendoline Avenue; Cromwell Road E7, the south-east side, adjacent to No. 9 Jephson Road; Dacre Road E13, the east side, outside No. 79 Dacre Road; Lawrence Road E13, the south-east side, adjacent to No. 46 Gwendoline Avenue; Marlborough Road E7, the south-east side, adjacent to No. 50 Jephson Road; Neville Road E7, the north side, adjacent to No. 369 Upton Lane; Raymond Road E13, the northeast side, opposite No. 32 Raymond Road; Stukeley Road E7, the east side, adjacent to No. 143 Boleyn Road.

3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on 16 September 2024 and documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection by appointment during normal office hours at Newham Dockside, 1000 Dockslde Road E16 2QU, by telephoning 020 3373 6415 or by emailing traffic.orders@newham.gov.uk for a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made.

4. If any person wishes to question the validity of any of the Orders or of any of their provisions on the grounds that It or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
