24/0602/LBC/KM: 9 High Street, Elstree, Borehamwood, WD6 3BY. Retrospective application for installation of air conditioning, to include an external condenser unit, and installation of shop front signage and barber's pole. (Application for Listed Building Consent) Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area.
24/0991/FUL/KM: 9 High Street, Elstree, Borehamwood, WD6 3BY. Retrospective application for installation of air conditioning, including a condenser unit fixed externally to the right elevation. Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area.
24/0992/ADV/KM: 9 High Street, Elstree, Borehamwood, WD6 3BY. Retrospective application for the installation of a fascia sign and barber's pole. (Application for Advertisement Consent). Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area.
24/1068/FUL/KM: 1 Barham Avenue, Elstree, Borehamwood, WD6 3PW. Demolition of existing two storey detached dwelling and partial demolition of side outbuildings to facilitate construction of two storey detached dwelling with accommodation in the roof space which will form Sx self-contained flats. Bicycle and refuse/recycling provision, creation of central crossover to form parking with EV charging points. Private amenity space with associated hard and soft landscaping including boundary treatment and land level alterations. Reason: Green Belt.
24/1072/MPO/JLE: Manor Lodge School, Ridge Hill, Shenley, Radlett, WD7 9BG. Application to modify planning obligation dated 08th June 2006 to enable nursery attendance of children unrelated to pupils attending Manor Lodge School, whilst prioritising siblings, pursuant to planning application reference TP/05/0464 (allowed at appeal - APP/ N1920/A/05/1184854) for change of use of house to nursery at ground floor level with the addition of a conservatory and new entrance porch, two bedroom flat at the first floor level, new hard surfaces, playground area with associated equipment, double garage and demolition of existing outbuildings and open-sided barn. Reason: Listed Building in Green Belt.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
