(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Barnhall Road, Tolleshunt Knights in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Rectory Road to its junction with Park Lane a distance of approximately 275m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd October 2024 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2366943 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Brook Road, D'arcy Road, Oxley Hill, Kelvedon Road, North Street, Station Road, Whitehouse Hill, Barnhall Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 12th September 2024 and may continue in force for

18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Chapel Road, Burnham-on-Crouch)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Suspension of One Way) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order:.

1. To temporarily close that length of Chapel Road, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 30m north east of its junction with Witney Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a north easterly direction.

2. To temporarily suspend the one way restriction in that length of Chapel Road, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from its junction with High Street to its junction with Western Road i.e. its entire length a distance of 294 metres. as detailed in 'the Essex County Council (Various Roads, Burnham on Crouch) (One Way Traffic Order) 1996.' for the duration of the above closure only.

The closure and suspension are scheduled to commence on 7th October 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011001357495 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure and suspension are required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent.

An alternative route is available via High Street, Station Road, Western Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 12th September 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(D'arcy Road, Tolleshunt Knights)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of D'arcy Road, Tolleshunt Knights in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Strawberry Lane to its junction with Woodacre Place a distance of approximately 55m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd October 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2366946 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via D'arcy Road, Oxley Hill, Kelvedon Road, North Street, Station Road, Whitehouse Hill, Barnhall Road, Brook Road, D'Arcy Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 12th September 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Fambridge Road, Althorne in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Summerhill to its junction with Station Road that the Essex a distance of approximately 45m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th September 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2367603 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Fambridge Road, Lower Burnham Road, Cold Norton Road, The Street, Burnham Road, Main Road, Summerhill and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 12th September 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Fambridge Road, Purleigh in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 215m north west of its junction with Round Bush Road for a distance of approximately 105m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st October 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WFJNTW1P - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.

An alternative route is available via Fambridge Road, Barons Lane, Chelmsford Road, Burnham Road, Oak Corner, Southend Road, Maldon Road, Hyde Lane, White Elm Road, Main Road, Saltcoats Roundabout, Woodham Road, Lower Burnham Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 12th September 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Rectory Lane, Woodham Mortimer)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rectory Lane, Woodham Mortimer in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 385m north east of its junction with Burnham Road for a distance of approximately 45m in a north easterly then north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd October 2024 for 6 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN014M116228- Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce stop tap renewal works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water.

An alternative route is available via Burnham Road, Post Office Road, Maldon Road and vice versa (with access only into Rectory Lane).

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Riverside Road, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Orchard Road to its junction with High Street a distance of approximately 180m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th September 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2368945 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while trial hole and carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

2. Orchard Road, Silver Road, High Street.

The Order will come into effect on 12th September 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Southminster Road/Tillingham Road, Asheldham & Tillingham Road, Tillingham)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Southminster Road/Tillingham Road, Asheldham & Tillingham Road, Tillingham in the District of Maldon, from the junction with Green Lane to the junction with Reddings Lane a distance of approximately 2900m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st October 2024 for 3 days (works will be carried out in phases), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2370387/EH2371373/EH2371374 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage investigation and jetting works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tillingham Road, Tillingham in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Reddings Lane for a distance of approximately 860m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st October 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2367634 - Essex County Council). (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Endway, Althorne in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Dairy Farm Road for a distance of approximately 50m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th September 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WFNC098YL2C - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while tree cutting to allow safe access to pole for cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Street, Latchingdon in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 170m west of its junction with Steeple Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th September 2024 for 1 night (19:00 - 23:00), or where stated on a valid permit (AD037RO61312647/1 - Anglian Water).
