Public Footpath Nos. 18, 19 (Part), 31 (Part) And 32 (Part) Leekfrith Parish - Road Traffic Regulation (Special Events) Act 1994
What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (AS AMENDED) – PUBLIC FOOTPATH NOS. 18, 19 (PART), 31 (PART) AND 32 (PART) LEEKFRITH PARISH
Notice is hereby given that the Staffordshire County Council, on 10th September 2024, made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along the following lengths of footpaths:
PF NO. 18 Leekfrith Parish – For its entire length, from its junction with Gun Hill Road for approximately 870 metres in a generally northerly direction, to its junction with Public Footpath No. 0.1794 Leekfrith Parish and continuing in an easterly direction for approximately 373 metres to its junction with Public Footpath No. 19 Leekfrith Parish.
PF NO. 19 Leekfrith Parish – From its junction with Public Footpath No. 21 Leekfrith Parish for approximately 793 metres in a southerly direction to its junction with Public Footpath No. 31 Leekfrith Parish.
PF NO. 31 Leekfrith Parish – From its junction with Public Footpath No. 19 Leekfrith Parish approximately 174 metres in a south westerly direction and then continuing in a generally north westerly direction to its junction with Public Footpath No. 18 Leekfrith Parish.
PF No. 32 Leekfrith Parish – from its junction with Roche Grange Road for approximately 420 metres in a generally north westerly direction.
These restrictions are necessary to maintain safety of the public, personnel and participants of the event and to facilitate the Oaks Trophy Navigational Rally itself, including site preparation and de-rig post event.
This Order will come into operation on 14th September 2024 and will remain in force until 15th September 2024.
The event is being managed by the Ecurie Royal Oak Motor Club.
