LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton propose to make the following Order The Sutton (Parking, Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. * ) Order 202* under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 19841, as amended -

2. The general effect of the Order would be to:-

(a) introduce waiting restrictions operating 'at any time' (double yellow lines) in

(i) Connaught Road adjacent to No. 10 Duke of Edinburgh Road, outside Nos. 84 and 86,

(ii) Denmark Gardens opposite the rear of Nos. 49 to 54

(iii) Erskine Road outside Nos. 13 to 19

(iv) Hackbridge Park Gardens outside Nos. 18 to 20

(v) Muschamp Road in certain locations on its north-west side between Wrythe Lane and Nos. 38 to 64

(vi) Nightingale Road outside Nos. 66 to 68

(vii) The Causeway, Carshalton across the access adjacent to No. 2 and in the turning head outside No. 104

(viii) Wolseley Road outside Nos 23 to 39

(ix) West Street, Carshalton on the south-east side of the Green opposite Bedford Villas

(x) Wrythe Green Road outside Nos. 1 and 1 a

(b) introduce waiting restrictions operating Monday to Friday between 11am to 1pm (single yellow lines) in Mill Lane outside Strawberry Lodge

(c) introduce waiting restrictions operating Monday to Friday between 9am to 10am and 3pm to 4pm (single yellow lines) in Surrey Grove adjacent to No. 1 Royston Avenue, outside Nos. 29a, 66 to 68, adjacent to No. 94 and to the rear of properties 56 to 68 Hillside Avenue

(d) convert an existing footway parking bay outside Nos. 129 to 133 Wrythe Lane to operate Monday to Saturday between 8am to 6.30pm 30 minutes maximum stay no return within 2 hours.

(e) amend the map-based tiles to the schedule attached to The Sutton (Parking, Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) Order 2023 to match conditions as they exist on site.

3. Copies of the proposed Order, of the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order and plans showing the locations and the effects of the proposals may be inspected at the Council's Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, SM1 1EA. Copies can also be obtained by calling 020 8770 5000.
