GORCHMYNION TRAFFIG NEWYDD AR GYFER DINAS A SIR CAERDYDD

Rhoddir hysbysiad drwy hyn bod Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd, ar 6 Medi 2024 wrth arfer ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), Rhan 6 Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004 fel y’i diwygiwyd, Rheoliadau Gorfodi Sifil ar Dramgwyddau Traffig Ffyrdd (Darpariaethau Cyffredinol) (Cymru) 2013, Gorchymyn Dynodi Gorfodi Sifil ar Dramgwyddau Parcio (Dinas a Sir Caerdydd) 2010, a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, wedi gwneud Gorchmynion rheoli traffig, a’u heffaith yn gyffredinol fydd gosod cyfyngiadau ar y darnau o ffordd a nodir yn yr Atodlen isod. Nodir teitl a natur y Gorchmynion hefyd yn yr Atodlen dan sylw isod.

Daw’r Gorchmynion i rym ar 10 Medi 2024 neu ar y dyddiad y caiff y llinellau a’r arwyddion angenrheidiol eu gosod ar y safle, pa bynnag un sydd hwyraf.

Mae’r Cyngor yn croesawu gohebiaeth yn Gymraeg ac yn Saesneg a byddwn yn sicrhau ein bod yn cyfathrebu â chi yn yr iaith o’ch dewis, boed hynny’n Gymraeg, yn Saesneg neu’n ddwyieithog, cyhyd â’ch bod yn dweud wrthym pa un sydd orau gennych. Ni fydd gohebu yn Gymraeg yn arwain at unrhyw oedi.

Os ydych am gwestiynu darpariaethau neu ddilysrwydd y Gorchmynion ar y sail nad yw o fewn y pwerau a roddwyd gan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, neu ar y sail na chydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw un o ofynion y Ddeddf, neu unrhyw offeryn a wnaed dan y Ddeddf, ynghlwm â’r Gorchmynion, fe allwch, o fewn chwe wythnos i 6 Medi 2024 wneud cais i’r Uchel Lys at y diben hwn.

1. BYDD GORCHYMYN (DIWYGIO RHIF 40) 2024 GORCHYMYN CYNGOR SIR DINAS A SIR CAERDYDD (GWAHARDDIADAU A CHYFYNGIADAU STOPIO, AROS, LLWYTHO A MANNAU PARCIO AR Y STRYD) (CYDGRYNHOI) 2024 yn:

i). Eich atal rhag gadael eich cerbyd a llwytho/dadlwytho ar unrhyw adeg yn:

a. Stryd Pellett ar yr ochr ogleddol ac ar ochr y de-orllewin o’r gyffordd â Stryd Adam am 20 metr i’r de-ddwyrain ac o bwynt 34 metr i’r de-ddwyrain o’r gyffordd â Stryd Adam am 20metr i’r de-ddwyrain ac o bwynt 56 metr i’r de-ddwyrain o’r gyffordd â Stryd Adam am 16 metr i’r de-ddwyrain ac o bwynt 74 metr i’r de-ddwyrian o’r gyffordd â Stryd Adam am 9 metr i’r de-ddwyrain ac ar ochr y de-ddwyrain ar draws ei ben caeëdig.

b. Stryd Adam ar ochr y de-ddwyrain o’r gyffordd â Ffordd Churchill i’r gyffordd â’r Ffordd Gyswllt Ganolog (A4232) ac ar ochr y gogledd-orllewin o’r gyffordd â Ffordd Churchill i’r gyffordd â ar ochr y ogledd-ddwyrain o’r gyffordd â Ffordd Churchill i’r gyffordd â Stryd Sandon ac o’r gyffordd â Stryd Sandon am 23 metr i’r gogledd-ddwyrain

c. Stryd Sandon ar y ddwy ochr o’r gyffordd â Stryd Adam i’r gyffordd â Cilgant Guildford.

d. Stryd Morgan ar ochr y gogledd-ddwyrain ac ar ochr y de-orllewin o’r gyffordd â Stryd Adam am 15 metr i’r de-ddwyrain ac ar ochr y de o bwynt 65 metr i’r de-ddwyrain o’r gyffordd â Stryd Adam hyd at ac ar draws ei ben pengaead

ii). Eich atal rhag gadael unrhyw gerbyd ac eithrio at ddibenion Llwytho a dadlwytho, aros wedi ei gyfyngu i 30 munud heb ddychwelyd o fewn 2 awr yn Stryd Pellett ar ochr y de-orllewin o bwynt 20 metr i’r de o’r gyffordd â Stryd Adam am 14 metr i’r de.

NEW TRAFFIC ORDERS FOR THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF

Notice is hereby given that on the 6 September 2024 the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 as amended The Civil Enforcement of Road Traffic Contraventions (General Provisions) (Wales) Regulations 2013, The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (City and County of Cardiff) Designation Order 2010 and of all other enabling powers, made traffic regulation Orders, the general effect of which to impose traffic restrictions in the lengths of road set out in the Schedule below. The title and nature of the Orders is also described in the said Schedule below. The Orders will come into operation on the 10 September 2024 or on the date that the necessary lines and signs are placed on site, whichever is the later.

A copy of the orders and plans showing the location and extent of the restrictions are available. You may inspect copies at the address shown below by prior appointment or obtain copies by sending an email request to roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk or by making a written request to the address below.

The Council welcomes correspondence in English and Welsh and we will ensure that we communicate with you in the language of your choice, whether that’s English, Welsh or bilingual as long as you let us know which you prefer. Corresponding in Welsh will not lead to any delay. If you wish to question the Orders provisions or validity on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the ground that any requirement of, or any instrument made under the Act, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may, within six weeks from the 6 September 2024 apply to the High Court for this purpose.

1. THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF (PROHIBITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS OF STOPPING, WAITING, LOADING AND STREET PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2024 (AMENDMENT NO.40) ORDER 2024 will:

i). Prevent you from leaving your vehicle and loading/unloading at any time in:

a. Pellett Street on its north east side and on its south west side from its junction with Adam Street for a distance of 20 metres south east and from a point 34 metres south east of its junction with Adam Street for a distance of 20 metres south east and from a point 56 metres south east of its junction with Adam Street for a distance of 16 metres south east and from a point 74 metres south east of its junction with Adam Street for a distance of 9 metres south east and on its south east side across its closed end

b. Adam Street on its south east side from its junction with Churchill Way to its junction with Central Link (A4234) and on its north west side from its junction with Churchill Way to its junction with Sandon Street and from its junction with Sandon Street for a distance of 23 metres north east

c. Sandon Street on both sides from its junction with Adam Street to its junction with Guildford Crescent

d. Morgan Street on its north east side and on its south west side from its junction with Adam Street for a distance of 15 metres south east and n its south side from a point 65 metres south east of its junction with Adam Street to and across its cul-de-sac end

ii). Prevent you from leaving any vehicle except for the purpose of Loading and unloading, waiting limited to 30 minutes with no return within 2 hours in Pellett Street on its south west side from a point 20 metres south of its junction with Adam Street for a distance of 14 metres south.
