ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 - KIRKLEES COUNCIL

(MOOR SIDE LANE, SLAITHWAITE, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO 2) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Moor Side Lane, Slaithwaite from a point approximately 147 metres west of junction with Tidings Field Lane to a point approximately 150 metres east of junction with Meal Hill Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via:-

Diversion 1 - Moor Side Lane, Pole Gate, Quebec Road, Waller Clough Road, Mellor Brook, Highfield Road, Moorside Lane and vice versa

Diversion 2 - Tiding Field Lane, Heys Lane, Ing Head Road, Longlands Road, Royd Street, Meal Hill Lane and vice versa

Diversion 3 - Moor Side Lane, Pole Gate, Quebec Road, Waller Clough Road, Clough Road, Crimble Clough Road, Crimble Bank, Hill Top Road, Meal Hill Lane and vice versa

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 23 September 2024 and will remain in force until 27 September 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(BYWAY HOL/231/20, HOLMFIRTH)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed In that length of Byway HOL/231/20, Holmfirth from a point outside the Bowling Club to a point outside the Cricket Club PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

No diversion route necessary, access will be maintained at all times with restricted width

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Meal Hill Lane, Slaithwaite from its junction with Moor Side Lane to its junction with Meadow Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Meal Hill Lane, Royd Street, Longlands Road, Heys Lane, Tiding Field Lane, Moor Side Lane and vice versa

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 23 September 2024 and will remain in force until 25 September 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(HIGHFIELD AVENUE, BIRDS EDGE, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Highfield Avenue, Birds Edge from its junction with Springfield Drive to a point at the dead end PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times

No diversion required - road is a dead end. Resident access will be maintained

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 23 September 2024 and remain in force until 27 September 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the following lengths of road in Huddersfield on a rolling programme as follows:-

Leafield Close, Deighton, Huddersfield - from New House Road to the end
Intake, Golcar, Huddersfield - from Leymoor Road to the end
Green Crescent, Golcar, Huddersfield - from Intake to the end
Green Gardens, Golcar, Huddersfield - from Intake to the end
Mead Way, Highburton, Huddersfield - from Eastfield Drive to the end
Eastfield Drive, Highburton, Huddersfield - from Meadway to the end

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be signed locally as and when required

It is intended that the closure will commence Monday 23 September 2024 on a rolling programme of works and will remain in force until 18 November 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(LEEDS ROAD, DEIGHTON, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed In that length of Cycle lane outside Vertu Volkswagen inbound towards Huddersfield PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Leeds Road, Huddersfield from a point opposite property no. 675 Leeds Road to a point outside property no. 534 Leeds Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 23 September 2024 and remain in force until 4 October 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(STONES LANE, GOLCAR, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO 2) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed In that length of Stones Lane, Golcar from its junction with Station Road to its junction with Fearnlea Grove PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Fernlea Grove, Station Road, Station Lane - Station Lane is one way leading from Station Road

It is intended that the closure will operate on Tuesday 24 September 2024 and remain in force for approximately one day (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(TOLSON CRESCENT, DALTON, HUDDERSFIELD)
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Tolson Crescent, Dalton from its junction with Nursery Lodge Court to its junction with White Rose Avenue PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Tolson Crescent, Long Lane, Dalton Green Lane, White Rose Avenue and vice versa

It is intended that the closure will operate on Friday 27 September 2024 and remain in force until 28 September 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(ROYD HOUSE LANE, LINTHWAITE, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Royds House Lane, Linthwaite from its junction with Pennine View to its junction with Causeway Side PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Causeway Side, Hoyle House Fold, Manchester Road, Hoyle Ing, Royd House Lane and vice versa

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 23 September 2024 and remain in force until 25 September 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period 18 months if necessary)

(UNDERBANK OLD ROAD, HOLMFIRTH)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Underbank Old Road, Holmfirth from its junction with South Lane to its junction with Well Hill Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via South Lane, Upper Bank End Road, Sweep Lane, Underbank Old Road, Dunford Road, Well Hill Road - one way only

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 23 September 2024 and remain in force until 25 September 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period of 18 months if necessary)

(STANDIFORTH ROAD, DALTON, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Standiforth Road, Dalton from a point outside property no. 24 Standiforth Road to a point outside property no. 44 Standiforth Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Standiforth Road, Grand Cross Road, Ingfield Avenue, Standiforth Road and vice versa

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 9 September 2024 and will remain in force until 13 September 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(TAYLOR LANE, SCAPEGOAT HILL, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO 2) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Taylor Lane, Scapegoat Hill from a point outside property no. 7 Taylor Lane to a point outside property no. 46 Taylor Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Taylor Lane, High Street, Pike Law Lane, Pike Law Road and vice versa.

Access for residents will be maintained from Pike Law Road

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 9 September 2024 and remain in force until 10 September 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(HALIFAX ROAD, BIRCHENCLIFFE, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Halifax Road, Birchencliffe PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Ainley Top Roundabout, Lindley Moor Road, New Hey Road, Westbourne Road, Trinity Street, Castlegate, New North Road, Edgerton Road, Halifax Road

It is intended that the closure will commence on Thursday 12 September 2024 from 19:00 hours and will remain in force until 13 September 2024 to 06:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

(MOORSIDE ROAD, KIRKHEATON, HUDDERSFIELD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Moorside Road, Kirkheaton from a point outside property no. 18 Moorside Road to a point outside property no. 30 Moorside Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Prince Street, Primrose Hill from its junction with Stile Common Road to its junction with Heppenstall Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
