Bay Station Road, Temporary Waiting and Loading Restrictions
What is happening?
LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1) TEMPORARY INTRODUCTION OF WAITING
AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS AND SUSPENSION OF A LOADING BAY STATION ROAD NW4
The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate the installation of a new gas main to a new development, they intend to make an Order which will:
(a) temporarily suspend the loading bay situated opposite No.1 Station Road NW4, while the works take place.
(b) temporarily introduce lengths of 'at any time' waiting and loading restrictions on the southeast side of Station Road NW4 from a point 30 metres northeast from the northeastern kerb line of West Hendon Broadway to a point 42 metres northeast from the northeastern kerb line of West Hendon Broadway, while the works take place. The Order will commence at 8.00am on Monday 16th September 2024 and is expected to last for 69 days.
Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Constable or a Civil Enforcement Officer in uniform. Further information may be obtained by contacting NRSWA Team, London Borough of Barnet via telephone on 020 8359 3555.
