NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 45 and 46 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Revoke the following:
a) The "Lancashire County Council (Various Roads, Burnley, Worthsthorne-with-Hurstwood and Padiham, Burnley Borough) (Revocation and Various Parking Restrictions, May (No.1)) Order 2017" insofar as it relates to:
i. Items r), s), t), u), v) and w) of Schedule 2;
ii. Schedule 3;
iii. Items a), b), c) and d) of Schedule 12;
iv. Items a) and b) of Schedule 15;
v. Item b) of Schedule 17.
b) The "Lancashire County Council (Various Roads, Burnley, Chorley, Fylde, Hyndburn, Pendle, Preston, Rossendale, South Ribble and Wyre) (Revocation and Various Parking Restrictions March (No1)) Order 2021" insofar as it relates to:
i. Item aa) of Schedule 2;
ii. Items a) and b) of Schedule 7.
c) The "Lancashire County Council (Various Locations, Burnley, Chorley, Fylde, Pendle, Preston, South Ribble, West Lancs and Wyre) (Various Parking Restrictions 21-22 (No1)) Order 2022" insofar as it relates to Items a) and d) of Schedule 4.
d) The "Lancashire County Council (Burnley Area) (On Street Parking Places, Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Consolidation Order 2009" insofar as it relates to:
i. Items (40)b)(ii), (64)b), (64)d)(i), (138), (228)(i), (297)a), (327)a), (327)b)(i) and (327)b)(ii) of Schedule 10.01;
ii. Items (72) and (80) of Schedule 11.008;

8. Introduce a goods vehicle loading bay in Croft Street, Burnley, the south east side, from a point 87.5 metres north east of its junction with the centreline of Red Lion Street for a distance of 9.5 metres in a north easterly direction.
9. Introduce a goods vehicle limited waiting loading bay for 1 hour with no return within 2 hours between 6am and 6pm in the following lengths of road:
