Barnet, Multiple Traffic Notices, Temporary Road Closure
What is happening?
LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE TEMPELHOF AVENUE, NW2 AND NW4
The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to the need to facilitate bridge and asset surveys prior to structural repair and maintenance work, they have made an Order which will close Tempelhof Avenue, NW2 and NW4 in both directions from the junction of Tilling Road, NW2 to the junction of Prince Charles Drive, NW4.
The works will commence on Tuesday 17th September 2024 at 22:00pm and is expected to last for 4 nights. Closure will only be in operation between the hours of 22:00pm and 05:00am.
The alternative route for motorists travelling from the direction of Tilling Road will be via Tilling Road, Staples Corner Roundabout, A406 (North Circular), Stadium Road east. The alternative route for motorists travelling from the direction of Prince Charles Drive will be Prince Charles Drive, Haley Road, Renters Avenue, A41 (Hendon Way) Brent Cross Roundabout, A406 (North Circular), Tilling Road.
Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
