What is happening?

PUBLIC NOTICE
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(U46201 Brookfield Lane, Bredon’s Norton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U46201 Brookfield Lane from its junction with B4080 Eckington Road to its junction with U46202 Lower Lane.
Reason: Remedial works by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4080 Eckington Road, U46201 Rectory Lane Farm, U46201 Manor Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (24hrs).
Commencing: 7 September 2024.
(A438 Ledbury Road, Bushley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of A438 Ledbury Road from its junction with U61017 Lode Lane for a distance of 940 metres in an easterly direction until the county boundary with Gloucestershire.
Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A438 The Oxhey, A438 Long Green, B4211 Longdon, B4211 Holdfast, A4104 Tunnel Hill, A4104 Old Street, A4104 Upton to East Waterside, A4104 Holly Green, A38 Tewkesbury Road, A38 Stratford Bridge, into Gloucestershire and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 2 October 2024.
