(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)
NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Low Lane, Carr between its junction with Carr Lane and its junction with Ramper Road for periods of time between Monday 9th September and Sunday 22nd September 2024. NOTICE is further given that the alternative route is via local neighbouring streets. The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (electric cable renewal).

A631 BAWTRY ROAD BUS LANE (WESTBOUND) WICKERSLEY ROTHERHAM
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)
NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along A631 Bawtry Road Bus Lane, Wickersley from a point approximately 100m west of Goose Lane for distance of approximately 200m in a westerly direction from Monday 16th. September until Saturday 1st. March 2025.
The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (Renewal of traffic and pedestrian signals and associated remedials works).

MILL CLOSE RAYLS RISE AND MANOR CLOSE TODWICK SHEFFIELD
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)
NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the three parts of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice for periods of time between Monday 16th. September 2024 and Monday 31st. March 2025.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative routes for vehicles affected by the Order will be via local neighbouring streets except for cul de sacs. Residents of properties affected by the Order will receive confirmation of an exact start date before works begin.
The reason for the prohibitions is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the parts of road (Carriageway resurfacing).
SCHEDULE
(i) Mill Close from its junction with The Meadows to the end of the cul-de-sac.
(ii) Rayls Rise between its junction with Osborne Road and its junction with Osborne Drive including the cul-de-sac.
(iii) Manor Close from its junction with Manor Way to the end of the cul-de-sac.

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the four parts of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice for periods of time between Monday 16th. September 2024 and Monday 31st. March 2025.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative routes for vehicles affected by the Order will be via local neighbouring streets.
Residents of properties affected by the Order will receive confirmation of an exact start date before works begin.
The reason for the prohibitions is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the parts of road (Carriageway resurfacing).

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)
NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Warden Street from its junction with Canklow Road to the end of the cul de sac from Monday 16th. September 2024 until Monday 13th. March 2026.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative route will be via Castle Avenue, Castle View and vice versa.
The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (Housing development).

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Psalters Lane for a distance of 50m north and 50m south of its junction with Pottery Lane from 9pm on Monday 16th. September until 1am on Tuesday 17th. September 2024.
NOTICE is further given that there is no alternative route for vehicles affected by the Order, access will be maintained for residents.

September 2024.
NOTICE is further given that there is no alternative route, the road is a cul de sac. The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (Trimming of vegetation around overhead cables).

September until Thursday 19th. September 2024.
NOTICE is further given that there is no alternative route for vehicles affected by the Order, the road is a cul de sac. Access will be maintained for residents and emergency services.
The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (Installation of new gas main).

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Church Lane from its junction with Station Road from a point 110m south of its junction with Station Road for a distance of 50m in a southerly direction from Monday 9th September 2024 until Friday 6th March 2026.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative route for vehicles affected is via Washfield Lane, Front Street, B6067 Station Road, Church Lane and vice versa.
The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (safety of highway users due to a hazardous retaining wall).

September until Wednesday 18th. September 2024 between 8am and 5pm each day.
NOTICE is further given that there is no alternative route for vehicles affected by the Order, the road is a cul de sac. Access will be maintained for residents and emergency vehicles.

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along that part of Public Footpath No.8 Catcliffe commencing from Poplar Way and proceeding in a southerly direction for a distance of 290m from Saturday 14th. September 2024 for a period of 6 months.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative route for pedestrians affected by the Order will be via the footways adjacent to adopted highways. Reason for the prohibition – because of the likelihood of danger to the Public (The path is unsafe to reopen in its present state).

(TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF 7.5 TONNE WEIGHT LIMIT RESTRICTION)
NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily suspend the 7.5 tonne weight limit restriction along the parts of road specified in the schedule to this notice from Monday 16th. September until Monday 23rd. September 2024.
The reason for the temporary suspension of the weight limit restriction is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the parts of road (Limited access/egress for vehicles over 15’ high, due to a road closures at A631 Bawtry Road/J34 Tinsley Roundabout if required, overnight).

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
PART OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.18 MALTBY ROTHERHAM
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS)
NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council proposes to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along that part of Public Footpath No.18 Maltby commencing from its junction with Glencairn Close and proceeding in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 750m to a point at Grid Reference SK 5397 9270 from Wednesday 18th September 2024 for a period of up to six months.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative route will be via a continuation of Public Footpath 18 Maltby and Public Footpath 2 Maltby.
The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the footpath (Public safety and site security during ongoing site works).
