SANDLEWOOD CLOSE, YEOVIL WITHOUT IN THE PARISH OF YEOVIL WITHOUT PROHIBITION OF MOTOR VEHICLES TO REPLACE DECOMMISSIONED BUS GATE ORDER 2023
Notice is hereby given that on Friday the 30thAugust 2024 Somerset Council made the above order in pursuance of the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as previously advertised on the 22nd day of June 2023 to introduce prohibition of motor vehicles to replace a decommissioned bus gate on the length of road as specified in the Schedule to this Order. The Order comes into effect on the 5th day of September 2024.
A copy of the Order may be inspected online at www.somerset.gov.uk/TRO. If any person wishes to question the validity of the order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic RegulationAct 1984 (theAct), or that any requirement of theAct or of any instrument made under theAct has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
